1. Post a job with a reward
- The hiring company decides the total reward that it's willing to pay if someone is successfully hired.
- The reward is only paid out if any of the referrals leads to a hire.
- Upon a successful hire, the reward is split 50/50 between RecruitingRewards.com and the person who submitted the successful tip.
- 50% of the total reward entered will be displayed on RecruitingRewards.com.
2. Receive qualified tips
- Our recruiters headhunt and qualify the candidates before you see the recommendations on the platform.

- You make a decision on whether you want to continue with the tips that come in.
3. Employment
- An invoice is sent for the reward upon employment. Only when you sign an employment contract with the candidate / candidates!
