Definitions of Key Terms in the Terms and Conditions for recruitingrewards.com:
- "Company": refers to recruitingrewards.com, a platform that allows job ad purchases and referral of candidates for job positions.
- "Customer": refers to a customer who purchases a job ad on the website and offers a monetary reward for successful hires due to referrals from the website.
- "Referrer": refers to an individual who refers a candidate for a job position on the website and may be eligible for a monetary reward if the referred candidate is hired by the Customer.
- "Candidate": refers to an individual who is referred for a job position by a Referrer on the Website and approved by RecruitingRewads.com as a valid referral.
- "Monetary Reward" or "Reward": refers to the reward offered by the Customer for a successful hire due to a referral from the website.
- "Start Date of Employee": refers to the date on which the employee starts their employment with the Customer.
- "Successful Hire": refers to the hiring of a candidate by the Customer after a referral from the website.
- "Applicant": means an individual referred by RecruitingRewards.com to the Customer for consideration of an engagement.
- "Introduction" or "introduced": means the provision by RecruitingRewards.com to the Customer of an Applicant CV or any other information identifying the Applicant.
Terms and Conditions for recruitingrewards.com
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by recruitingrewards.com (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, do not access or use the Website.
- Payment Processing: The Customer agrees to use Stripe for all card payments made through the Website and acknowledges that all payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
- Referral Rewards: The Website allows Referrers to refer candidates for job positions. If a referred candidate is hired, the Referrer may be eligible for a monetary reward. The reward is only payable to companies and not to individuals for tax purposes.
- Job Ad Purchases: The Customer, by purchasing a job ad on recruitingrewards.com, agrees to pay the monetary reward advertised on the website if a successful hire occurs due to a referral from the website.
- Guarantee: RecruitingRewards.com is provides its services based off of a 'Success Fee'. This means that you only pay if a candidate is successfully hired to the company. Invoicing will occur after the candidate has started their employment at the Customer.
- Referral Rewards for Referrers: If the Customer that is hiring does not pay the monetary reward to recruitingrewards.com, no monetary reward will be payable to the Referrer. 50% of the advertised reward, will be payable to the Referrer when the Applicant has been employed by the Customer for 31 days. The remaining 50% will be payable to the Referrer 3 months after the employee's start date.
- Obligation to Pay Reward for Customers: If a candidate is hired after a submission of a referral from the Website, the Customer is obligated to pay the reward when the employee starts their employment with the company
- Multiple Referrals: In the event that a candidate is referred by two different Referrers, the Referrer who referred the candidate first will receive the monetary reward if the candidate is successfully employed by the Customer.
- Introductions are confidential. The passing on of an Introduction to another employer which results in an engagement leaves the Customer obligated to pay the Reward.
- Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the Customer from or in any way connected with the Company made by the Company in good faith seeking an Applicant for the Customer or the Introduction by the Company to the Engagement of any Applicant by the Customer.
- Modification of Terms: The Website reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
- The Monetary Reward, will be charged in relation to any Applicant employed as a consequence of or resulting from an Introduction by or through the recruitingrewards.com, even though the Introduction may be made indirectly, for a period of 12 months from submission of the candidates CV, or LinkedIn profile. An Introduction is not considered valid if the Customer can submit reasonable evidence that an Applicant has been part of the Customer’s interview process before such an Introduction by the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Introduction is made under these Terms and the Applicant is subsequently Engaged by the Customer or another employer not directly associated to the Customer, but as a result of that Introduction, the full Reward in this agreement will be payable.
- A referred Candidate is valid for 90 days, even if they are hired to other roles advertised on the Website. If they are hired to a different role than the one they were originally referred for, the minimum reward of 20 000 SEK will be awarded to the Referrer.
- VAT will be charged at the standard rate in addition to the Reward.
- In addition to the definitions and Terms above, the Website, recruitingrewards.com, is not liable for any tax other than its own Tax Liability. The Customer and Referrer are responsible for their own respective tax liabilities arising from their use of the website.
- These Terms and any dispute arising from them is governed under the laws and courts of Sweden
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Website, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the use of the Website.
